SCOTT HANLEY, THE BRAND  Scott Hanley, an author located in Portland, Ore., had an idea for a book – and nothing else. We were tasked with the challenge of creating an online persona, assist in launching his book and build a brand from the ground up.

GOAL  Phase 1 : Build online profiles via social media and blog. Phase 2 : Create media kits, collateral and design for book release. Phase 3 : PR and marketing blitz around book launch.

IMPACT  Increased blog visibility by 440% in just two years. Generated international exposure resulting in positive book reviews. Created entire brand package including logo, media kit, media and publisher collateral, giveaways, exterior and interior book design, web and social media site design, posters and more.

THE BOTTOM LINE  Go online before your product does. Scott made an excellent decision in that he chose to reach out for assistance in building out his brand while he finished his book. This allowed us to have a strong presence before it even hit the bookstores.
