FULL ON PORTLAND is a privatized version of Indulge for the Governor’s Conference on Tourism. Travel Oregon created “Full On Portland”, a food and drink extravaganza that benefited ORLA’s education foundation. Conference attendees were bussed to the Jupiter Hotel to experience Portland, full on.
GOAL Recreate our annual event, Indulge, in less than two months for a guest list of 500.
IMPACT Voted as best conference evening event in the last 10 years. For the first time ever, all conference guests attended the event. Listed as Twitter top trending topic for PDX. Hashtag generated 475,472 Twitter impressions, and reached an audience of 126,346 followers within the first 24 hours.
THE BOTTOM LINE Organization is key to success. Because our systems and processes are so well documented, we were able to coordinate and manage an event in two months that traditionally is executed over a 12 month period.
